Shipping policy

We ship Monday - Friday excluding federal (postal) holidays.  Orders placed by noon eastern time are usually shipped same day.

 
We do guarantee, with replacement, orders that are lost, stolen or damaged. 

Note that Fedex does not currently guarantee the delivery date of 2nd day air. We find that they are usually on time (over 95%) and we offer the option for customers in need, but if Fedex does happen to be late with the package, we can only refund the shipping costs if Fedex will refund it to us.

We quote average mail delivery times as some orders can be delayed in delivery by the postal service for various reasons.  Winter weather or other extreme weather can delay delivery of or even shipping of packages.  Christmas holiday season can also be time of slower mail service.  International packages can be delayed in delivery longer than usual, often if customs delays it at importation. International packages often have additional customs taxes and fees that will be determined by your country and must be paid by the recipient.
